These terms cover your use of aptryk.com, its forms and the project assessment, and the private pages we share with you (invoice, quote and estimate links and the client portal). APTRYK LLC ("APTRYK", "we") runs this site. By using it, you agree to these terms. Paid work is governed by a signed agreement with us; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
Information, not advice
Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not legal, tax, financial, security-compliance or regulatory advice. The project assessment and any recommendation we give are our professional opinion based on what you tell us; please confirm legal, tax, financial and compliance points with a qualified professional.
Estimates and quotes
Ranges on this site and in the assessment, and any estimate we send, are based on what we know at the time. An estimate is not a fixed price. Scope, price and timeline are final only in a signed statement of work. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise, and work starts once the statement of work is signed and the deposit is paid.
Results and other services
We work hard for good outcomes, but we don’t guarantee specific business results such as revenue, sales, rankings or savings. Examples of past work describe what happened then and don’t predict results for you. Some features depend on third-party services (hosting, email, payments, maps, AI models) whose availability and terms are outside our control.
AI
Some of our services and products use artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. We review AI-assisted work before we deliver it, and you should review anything before relying on it for important decisions. We don’t allow your confidential information to be used to train third-party AI models.
Signing electronically
Documents we send through your client portal can be signed electronically by typing your name and selecting Sign. You agree that your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one. We record the time, your IP address and browser, and a fingerprint of exactly what you signed, and you can print or save a copy straight away. If you’d rather sign on paper, ask us at [email protected].
Your private links
Invoice, quote and portal links are private to you and your team. Please don’t forward them outside your organization. If one is shared by mistake, tell us and we’ll replace it; the old link stops working at once.
Using this site
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in or disrupt it, scrape it at scale, send spam through its forms, or submit someone else’s information without permission.
Our content
The site’s text, designs, code, logos and product names belong to APTRYK LLC. APTRYK™, Selvora™ and Vybeframe™ are trademarks of APTRYK LLC. You may share links to the site, but please don’t copy its content or designs without our written permission. Anything you send us through a form stays yours; you allow us to use it to respond to you and prepare our work. Suggestions you choose to give us about our products we may use freely.

Links to other websites are for convenience. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty; limits on liability
The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it is complete, current or always online. To the extent the law allows, APTRYK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site, and our total liability for anything arising from the site itself is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and paid work is covered by its own agreement.

Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version.
